Today we're sharing 12 keto recipes for your Keto Memorial Day Menu.

The weather is heating up and we're preparing to spend some time relaxing and honoring our family members this Memorial Day Weekend. We've also scheduled some additional family time for video chats in light of the social distancing rules we continue to follow.

So, what's on our keto menu for the weekend?

Let's start off with Jeremy's favorite keto breakfast on a long weekend (which we'll probably eat around 10 am) - Keto Biscuits & Gravy. We're also baking up some of our keto coffee cake muffins as an extra indulgence.

Keto Biscuits & Gravy
This creamy sausage gravy uses xanthan gum, butter and cream to yield a thick and flavorful gravy perfect for keto biscuits and gravy. Pair these with any of my keto biscuit recipes for a delicious and filling breakfast.

For those of us who like a little something sweet, we're featuring our signature keto coffee cake muffins. We'll make a big batch and stock our freezer so we have some treats as the weather warms up.

These keto friendly coffee cake muffins are made with almond flour, stacked with cinnamon and are oh-so-good. Even better, they have only 2 net carbs per serving! You'll be pulling them out of the oven in just 30 minutes!

Memorial Day Keto Lunch Options

Beyond grilling the traditional brats, hamburgers and hotdogs... there are a number of ways you can branch out over the weekend. We plan on grilling but also breaking out a few more of our favorite keto recipes for the long weekend including Keto Walking Tacos, Keto Maple Glazed Salmon and Keto Portobello Pizzas.

Let's kick off our lunch options with Tara's favorite food - Tacos!

Memorial day weekend is a great time to grill up some salmon. We try to eat salmon a few times a week, but it can get a bit boring. That's why we created this keto maple glazed salmon which combines sweet & savory.

Would a menu be complete without the mention of pizza? I think not! These keto portabella pizzas are a great way to sneak in a little extra veggies.

Keto Portabello Pizzas
These keto pizzas are rich and satisfying. Each pizza is approximately 5 total carbs or 4 net carbs excluding the pizza sauce. There are so many keto options for pizza sauce, I opted not to include it in the final count. You can use very low carb options such as alfredo sauce, olive oil & herbs, ranch dressing or even spinach artichoke dip. Enjoy!

Keto Sides, Snacks & Dessert

Memorial Day Weekend wouldn't quite be complete without some keto-friendly sides and snacks. Serve 'em as appetizers or make them ahead of time so you can enjoy leftovers and a minimal week of cooking after the long weekend. Here's what we're making in our keto kitchen:

Low Carb Margarita for the Keto Diet
This sugar free margarita has just three ingredients (plus water) and is simple to mix up. Many margarita recipes call for Triple Sec which we have omitted to make this more authentic-- like what you'd drink in Mexico! This also keeps the carb count much lower. 
This Keto Margarita recipe has just three net carbs and 76 calories per serving. 
To make this a non alcoholic low carb margarita, simply omit the tequila.
