The weather is heating up and we're preparing to spend some time relaxing and honoring our family members this Memorial Day Weekend. We've also scheduled some additional family time for video chats in light of the social distancing rules we continue to follow.
So, what's on our keto menu for the weekend?
Let's start off with Jeremy's favorite keto breakfast on a long weekend (which we'll probably eat around 10 am) - Keto Biscuits & Gravy. We're also baking up some of our keto coffee cake muffins as an extra indulgence.
For those of us who like a little something sweet, we're featuring our signature keto coffee cake muffins. We'll make a big batch and stock our freezer so we have some treats as the weather warms up.
Memorial Day Keto Lunch Options
Beyond grilling the traditional brats, hamburgers and hotdogs... there are a number of ways you can branch out over the weekend. We plan on grilling but also breaking out a few more of our favorite keto recipes for the long weekend including Keto Walking Tacos, Keto Maple Glazed Salmon and Keto Portobello Pizzas.

Memorial day weekend is a great time to grill up some salmon. We try to eat salmon a few times a week, but it can get a bit boring. That's why we created this keto maple glazed salmon which combines sweet & savory.
