Author of the Amazon Bestselling Book "The Keto Cupcake Cookbook", Tara's keto journey began in early 2017 after she was diagnosed with endometriosis. Determined to control the disease with dietary & lifestyle modifications (just like she had with chronic migraines) she began Keto within a few weeks. After losing 25 pounds and re-claiming her health, Tara created the popular YouTube channel "Tara's Keto Kitchen" in July of 2017.

Having never eaten a salad at age 30 (when he met Tara), Jeremy was dealing with pain and more injuries. When Tara enrolled in health coaching school in 2012, he came along for the ride - listening to lectures and learning along side her. Having two grandparents with Alzheimer's, he learned about the connection between diet and brain health and started eating vegetables and learning to love them.

Jeremy started keto about 6 weeks after Tara after learning how powerful Keto is for brain and whole body health. He's the inspiration behind creating The Keto Cupcake Cookbook and he's Tara's official taste tester! He also supports this website & challenges her to try tougher and tougher recipes!
