Here you'll find a collection of our favorite keto recipes. The first section reviews the recipes you'll find in your meal plan for the FREE 7 Day Keto Challenge which we run from time to time. Then, we dive into a few more of our favorites that we just have to mention!
Keto Food Is Delicious
We have two versions of keto waffles. The first option, "Perfect Keto Waffles" remind me of the one's my mom used to make us on special Sunday mornings. I can still remember sitting in our bright yellow kitchen... on my vinyl swivel chair... pretending that I had a cooking show and mimicking my mom's actions at the counter.
We also have a coconut flour only version of these waffles.
Mom always made homemade maple-flavored syrup... and you'll find my keto version of this syrup right below the waffle recipes. When you make the keto syrup, your whole house will fill with the flavors of maple. Mmmmmm.
The homemade keto maple syrup is made with cream and butter and provides a fat boost to your waffles. You won't even need to use butter because it's already in the syrup!
Keto maple syrup isn't just for keto waffles & pancakes! It's also great on salmon and chicken. In fact, it is our favorite glaze for salmon.
Your meal plan wouldn't be complete without a comfort food casserole. This one is loaded with delicious broccoli, cheese and chicken.
Finally, we round out the meal plan with a healthy vinaigrette for your green salad.
Some More Favorite Keto Recipes...
There is a lot of delicious food to discover on a keto diet...and I can't fit all of them into one meal plan. So, here are a few of our rock-star recipes for you to try.
Yep... You CAN Eat Cheesecake!
This Keto Bread recipe took me 2 ½ years of trial and error to get just right. The result is worth the effort! This keto bread is great for sandwiches, toasting and even grilled cheese... it definitely belongs in the favorite keto recipe category.
Pizza is something we missed after transitioning to keto. For a quick and easy pizza night, we keep our freezer stocked with keto-friendly pizza from Real Good Foods. Of course, the best keto pizza is the one you make yourself. This recipe took two years of trial and error to get just right. It is best eaten fresh as it gets a little soggy when re-heated.
Cinnamon rolls are one of my weaknesses... I just love them. Below you'll find a few recipes that I've created with cinnamon rolls and sweet breakfasts in mind!
And of course... I mentioned cake in my email. Here are my favorite keto cupcakes that I make every year to celebrate my birthday in February!
There are so many delicious recipes to discover that I can't fit them all on one page. Simply go to the top of this post and click "Keto Recipes" to be taken to a category page where you can explore for yourself.
