Easy Low Carb Guacamole

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Need a little inspiration to whip up a quick & easy low carb guacamole?

This is the recipe we use when we don't have fresh veggies in the house but we do have very ripe avocados that need to be used up. When we do have tomatoes and onions in the house -- I simply dice those up and then toss them in salt before stirring them into my mashed avocado.

What To Pair Guacamole With On Keto

These days, we like to pair our guacamole with keto-friendly options such as pork rinds or our homemade keto nacho chips.

Keto Tortilla Chips (Low Carb Nacho Chips)
These keto tortilla chips are based on the fathead pizza crust. We made a number of modifications to the original recipe to get a flavorful, crispy keto tortilla chip that makes the tastebuds happy! This is a large batch of tortilla chips so that you can make them in advance. Feel free to cut the recipe in half or thirds using the adjustable calculator inside the recipe card.

Substitution Tips

Instead of Young Living Lime Vitality Essential Oil, which is our hack for getting some bold lime flavor into the low carb guacamole. You can add in a teaspoon of real lime juice. In a pinch, you can use lemon juice as well. But, we just love some lime flavor in our low carb guacamole.

This is just one of many keto snack recipes that we sometimes eat for dinner!
