Keto French Toast With Real Good Foods Buns Recipe:
2 eggs
2 Tablespoons heavy cream
1 Tablespoon sugar substitute
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
2 Tablespoons butter
4 Tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup, warmed
In a medium-sized bowl with a flat bottom, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, sugar substitute, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Make sure the sugar substitute is completely dissolved.
In a 10 or 12 inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Dip bread into the egg mixture and place carefully in hot butter. Fry until golden brown and then flip and cook the other side.
Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
