Our easy sugar free simple syrup is the magic ingredient you need to make many cocktails sugar free. With New Years' just around the corner, mix up a batch now so it's ready for you to enjoy a few drinks come celebration time. We are all eager to see 2020 behind us.

Ingredients You Need For Our Easy Sugar Free Simple Syrup

To make this easy sugar free simple syrup, you'll need just a few ingredients. The good news with this recipe is one where you can use any sugar substitute you would like.

I have a very sensitive palate for sugar substitutes. If I were to choose just one option, it would be BochaSweet. Otherwise, I would blend three different sugar substitutes together. I find blending sugar substitutes provide the best "real sugar" taste.

For the recipe card below, I've blended two options together:

  • a granulated sugar substitute
  • plus, drops of liquid stevia or Lakanto liquid monk fruit extract

Our easy sugar free simple syrup is the magic ingredient you need to make many cocktails sugar free. The number of servings you get out of this recipe will vary based on the cocktail recipe you're using.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar substitute
  • ¾ cup hot water
  • 10-30 drops liquid stevia or liquid monk fruit extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix hot water, granulated sugar substitute and liquid sweetener until completely dissolved.
  • Chill for 2-3 hours.
  • Use to make a sugar-free cocktail or add to iced tea or sparkling water to sweeten.

Keto Salted Caramel Sauce
This keto caramel sauce is sugar free but sure doesn't taste like it. We've used allulose in this version of our sugar-free caramel sauce because it acts so much like real sugar. Keep in mind that allulose is only 70% as sweet as sugar so if this isn't sweet enough add in some liquid stevia or monk fruit drops until it's sweet enough for you.
