Fortunately, making your own is very easy with the right ingredients and a little know-how. My secret ingredient in this recipe is a new super-food sweetener called Bocha Sweet.
It's a granulated sugar substitute made from the Kabocha Pumpkin. These super-food pumpkins have a high pentose content. It turns out that pentose is REALLY good for our body! Pentose can be metabolized as a pure source of cell energy.

The dressing by itself is approximately 98% fat, 1% carb and 1% protein.

Here's a few ingredients you'll need to make this keto coleslaw.

- White Wine Vinegar
- Ground Celery Seed
- Ground Black Pepper
