What’s the fastest way to lose regained weight? [15:58]
The fastest way to lose regained weight is to START AGAIN. When? NOW. You have to forgive and free yourself from the negative self-talks and self-sabotaging must come to a full stop. You have to start learning healthy habits to create a good foundation on your diet.
This is the best time to re-plan and re-think why you are doing the keto diet in the first place.
Always remember that true confidence comes from believing in your ability to figure anything out.
You have done it before. There’s no excuse you can’t do it now.

Maltitol is a sugar alcohol that is an ingredient that you’ll find in most sugar-free candies. Excessive consumption of such may cause digestive discomfort. It also has a fairly high Glycemic Index that’s going to kick you out of ketosis.

Always check the label. Dig deeper on the ingredients list when the product says ‘keto-friendly- or ‘low-carb’. Most of the time, these are just marketing terms used to entice consumers.
