This recipe is dairy-free, but to make it full-on dairy all you need to do is use heavy whipping cream instead of coconut milk!

You can swap out the almond milk for unsweetened coconut milk, hazelnut milk, cashew milk…or even a 50/50 blend of heavy cream and water!

  • BochaSweet (Seriously, you need this!) If it's out of stock you can try…Swerve, Monk Fruit, or Stevia

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut milk, full-fat warmed
  • ½ cup BochaSweet or other sugar substitute
  • 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder or instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 ½ cups Irish Whiskey or water!

Instructions

  • Blend with immersion blender or whisk until completely combined.
  • Add 1 ½ cups Irish Whiskey (or water to make this non-alcoholic).
  • For the best flavor, allow to sit at least 24 hours before enjoying.
