Sugar Free Irish Cream (Baileys Copycat)
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk, full-fat warmed
- ½ cup BochaSweet or other sugar substitute
- 1 Tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder or instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 ½ cups Irish Whiskey or water!
Instructions
- Blend with immersion blender or whisk until completely combined.
- Add 1 ½ cups Irish Whiskey (or water to make this non-alcoholic).
- For the best flavor, allow to sit at least 24 hours before enjoying.
