Need a quick 'pick-me-up' in the middle of your day.
Here's my go-to workout for these situations.
Turn on your favorite music and warm yourself up. Then get started.
Each circuit takes about 5 minutes.
- For a 10 minute workout: Repeat 2 times
- For a 20 minute workout: Repeat 4 times
- For a 30 minute workout: Repeat 6 times
