Traveling?

Need a quick 'pick-me-up' in the middle of your day.

Here's my go-to workout for these situations.

No Excuses Workout60 Jumping Jacks30 Sec Wall Sit60 High Knees30 Sumo Squats20 Pushups30 Lunges30 sec restRepeat

Turn on your favorite music and warm yourself up. Then get started.

Each circuit takes about 5 minutes.

  • For a 10 minute workout: Repeat 2 times
  • For a 20 minute workout: Repeat 4 times
  • For a 30 minute workout: Repeat 6 times
