i started Keto prox 2 mos ago. at first i lost 14 lbs, then 3. when i last weighed myself i had gained 8 lbs. have not deviated from Keto. have not tried 2MAD yet, but looking at changing my schedule. should i b cool about and just keep chugging or should i change something?
Intermittent fasting seems to help a lot of people when they plateau. I really like watching Dr Ken Berry's videos. He has one on everything about keto. Here is his video about starting fasting.
