    Live in a big rig truck have a pressure cooker and air frier and need recipes that don't take a lot of ingredients

    I was totally religious for fourteen months and reached goal weight after losing 67 pounds. “Maintenance” scares me to death. I find myself going completely off the rails and being eaten alive with guilt.

    People... lack of support, lots of criticism, or people thinking that keto is eating cheese and deli meat - with no consideration of the veggie proportion or nutritional value...

    I struggle with the all or nothing mentality, I don't think life is designed (at least for me) to be all or nothing, but it's hard at times, with the keto lifestyle not to want to be 'all keto' or completely 'not keto' - there has to be a balance for me

    The hardest is a simplified menu for beginners. If it was clear cut then following would be less hectic
