This savory keto quiche recipe has all the makings of the perfect comfort food. Mix things up by changing the type of meat you use! Try ham, bacon, ground hamburger...try adding different low carb veggies!

Prepare a medium sized casserole pan by greasing with coconut oil or avocado oil.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and almond milk.
Whisk in dry sherry, aminos, dried mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
Stir in riced cauliflower (frozen), browned sausage and shredded cheese.
Pour into casserole pan and bake for 75 minutes. The edges of the crustless quiche should be browned and if you bump the baking dish it should jiggle slightly. (See notes for speeding up baking time)
Turn off the oven and let the crustless quiche sit for 30 minutes. At the end of 30 minutes the quiche will be set in the middle.
Remove from oven and serve!
