Keto Maple Pecan Nut Butter (<1 net carb per serving)
Making your own keto nut butter is quick and immensely rewarding! The Macros on this nut butter are so good that a spoonful makes a great fat bomb :-)Note that the nutrition facts are for one FULL recipe so that you can divide it up based on how large you want your serving to be.
Toast 4 cups of Pecans for 7-10 minutes, allow them to for about 10 minutes
In a food processor combine: 4 cups Pecans, toasted, 1 Tbsp Lankato Maple Syrup, 5 Tbsp Avocado Oil (or Olive Oil), 1 tsp Watkins Maple Extract, ½ tsp Watkins Pure Vanilla, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp salt
Pulse until chopped and then run on high for 5 minutes.
Store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature for up to a week or in the refrigerator for up to a month.

One entire batch contains 17 g net carb. That easily comes out to less than 1 net carb per serving as this recipe should make at least 24 servings.I've provided the macros here for a full batch so this can be split into however many servings you'd like.
