This keto caramel syrup recipe is perfect for creating keto caramel macchiatos, drizzling over keto ice cream, cheesecake and other keto desserts. Yield: 6 ounces or 12 Tablespoon-sized servings
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine water, Bocha Sweet, and salt and put over medium heat.
Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
Simmer without stirring for 3-4 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium low and add cream.
Bring to a boil and boil for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add vanilla & caramel extracts.
Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or until the expiration date on your ingredients.
