This amazing, simple Keto Buttery Garlic “Rice” is packed full of garlicy flavor. Use this as a main dish for an easy, low carb meal, or have it to the side of any main dish you want! It’s a perfect base to many dishes and adds that extra flavor you’ve been looking for in your dinner!
Put all ingredients into the rice cooker, place lid on, and turn it on. Set a timer for ten minutes and stir. Place lid back on and cook for an additional ten minutes or until the rice cooker automatically changes to the warm setting.
Stovetop Method
Place all ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 10-15 minutes or until the cauliflower rice is cooked to the consistency you desire.
Microwave Method
Place all ingredients in a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl. Cook for two minutes on full power and stir. Cook for four minutes on full power and stir again. Check for doneness. Continue to cook in two-minute increments until the rice is cooked to your satisfaction. We find that 8 total minutes is our sweet spot.
