This refreshing, fruity low carb sangria is just what you’re looking for at the end of a hot summer day. It’s perfect for parties, celebrations or ‘just because’. For the best flavor, mix it up the day before serving. However, it's excellent right away too!
Brew a strong fruit tea, I have used a berry tea we love that’s linked below.
In a large pitcher, mix together the tea with the BochaSweet while the tea is still warm. This allows the BochaSweet to dissolve faster. If the tea is already cold, it will just take a few minutes of mixing to get the sweetener to dissolve.
Drop the lime into the tea mixture and muddle for a few minutes using a wooden spoon.
Next, mix in the dry red wine. Pour slowly so as not to splatter as I did.
Chill your sangria for 2 to 12 hours and enjoy over ice.
