Ingredients

cup
warm water

Tablespoons
yacon syrup
½
cup
BochaSweet
or other granulated sugar substitute
2
Tablespoons
almond extract
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
2
cups
vodka
Instructions
In a mason jar or glass bowll, mix together warm water, yacon syrup and BochaSweet (or other granulated sugar substitute) until dissolved.
Add almond extract, vanilla extract and vodka and mix together.
Pour into a mason jar or other container for storage that you can tightly seal.
Store for a minimum of 1 week. This homemade sugar free amaretto reaches it’s best flavor if you make it about 4 weeks in advance.
