Mix warmed cream cheese, softened unsalted Butter, Lakanto Sugar Free Maple Syrup, Vanilla Extract, Liquid Stevia on low speed until combined. If you use a granulated sugar substiute instead, the challenge will be dissolving it. Try powdering it at home and warming your ingredients. Mix until dissolved.
Slice or chop strawberries.Assemble by mixing almond flour and sugar substitute at the bottom of your parfait glass.
Then add about 1 Tbsp of the cheesecake mixture.
Layer in berries and repeat until you have used ¼ of the cheesecake mixture. (You can make smaller servings as well and vary the amount of berries you use)
Note: This is an indulgent dessert with a slightly higher carb count. You can modify by using less berries or making 8 servings instead of 4 servings from this recipe.
