  • In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together water and Bocha Sweet until granules are completely dissolved.
  • Remove pan from heat and whisk in the remaining ingredients.
  • Be careful addinging the xanthan gum because it tends to clump. You may need to use a blender or a immersion blender to completely mix in the xanthan gum! It can be tricky.
  • Your glaze is now ready for you to use. Apply liberally to meat during the cooking process.
