Keto French Cut Green Beans with Sliced Almonds

This low carb green bean recipe is elegantly simple and a family favorite! We use this elegant keto side dish at Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and any time we have a family celebration. The best part is, you can have these ready in about ten minutes!

  • In a 3 quart saucepan, bring ⅓ cup water to boil.
  • Add frozen green beans to the pan and stir. Cover and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain the water from the green beans.
  • Toss with butter and salt and cover. Set aside.
  • Toast ½ cup sliced almonds in a skillet on medium high heat. Stir constantly and watch for the almonds to be lightly toasted.
  • Toss toasted almonds with green beans and serve immediately.
