Old Fashioned Oats

Plain Greek Yogurt
⅔
cup
Water
(may also use any milk)

tsp
Honey
(or maple syrup, agave, rice syrup)

tsp
Pure Vanilla Extract
Instructions
In a small (3/4 cup) container that has a lid, combine greek yogurt, water, honey and vanilla and stir until combined.
Stir in Oatmeal
Put lid on container and place in refrigerator
The next morning, take out, stir and eat!!
You may top with many different things such fresh/dried fruit, nuts, coconut, canned preserves or even nut butters.
