Creamy Garlic Parmesan Salad Dressing with Kefir
A simple and delicious keto recipe for creamy low carb salad dressing is just what I wanted when I set out to make this recipe. You can substitute an additional teaspoon of garlic powder if you don't have fresh garlic in the house. This recipe yields servings that are just under 2 Tablespoons and just barely has any carbs. Note that if you buy store-bought kefir your carbs will be a little closer to 1 gram per serving. If you don’t have Kefir, simply substitute heavy whipping cream.

Simply whisk or blend all the ingredients except the Parmesan cheese together.
Once combined, add the Parmesan cheese. Abracadabra! You now have a your very own Keto Salad Dressing!
Store your salad dressing in a sealed container in the refrigerator. The flavors meld overnight and this is even better used the 2nd day!
