  • In a 3 quart saucepan, combine water, Bocha Sweet, and salt and put over medium heat.
  • Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
  • Simmer without stirring for 3-4 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium low and add cream.
  • Bring to a boil and boil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla & caramel extracts.
  • Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or until the expiration date on your ingredients.
