You can make this keto pumpkin spice coffee creamer with Young Living Vitality Essential Oils (think of them as concentrated flavoring extracts) OR with Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Next, choose if you'll use a liquid sweetener like Stevia or a granulated sugar substitute like Bocha Sweet. If you are going to use a granulated sugar substitute, heat your water and dissolve the sugar substitute in it.
Combine heavy cream and flavoring (either oils or spice) and stir until combined. Stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla and stir until completely combined. Drizzle in the water and stir or blend until combined.
Store in a tightly sealed container in your refrigerator for up to one week or until the cream expiration date.
Use 1-3 tablespoons in your coffee.
Note: you can use 1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice instead of the Vitality Essential Oils listed above. Store your keto pumpkin spice coffee creamer in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed container. This keeps up to one week or until your cream expiration date--whichever comes first.
When using Young Living Vitality Essential Oils to flavor this creamer, start with the lowest amount and adjust your finished product to taste. It's easier to add more than to try and add less :-) Everyone's preferences will be different. The same theory applies to the pumpkin pie seasoning, start with 1 TBSP and add more if needed.
