This Dairy Free Keto Vanilla Coffee Creamer is for those of you who either can't tolerate dairy or are avoiding dairy. I just love my cup of coffee in the morning with a serving of creamy sugar-free coffee creamer stirred in.

Recently I've been trying to reduce my consumption of dairy and have been working on dairy-free keto coffee creamer recipes. I adore vanilla coffee creamer so that's where I started!

I've found that the perfect dairy free keto vanilla coffee creamer is a very individual thing.

Some like it sweet….

If you like your coffee heavily sweetened, increase the amount of keto friendly sweetener you use in this recipe.

Some like it not-so-sweet…

Start exactly with the recipe. I add only a tablespoon of BochaSweet to my creamer and find it perfect with the natural sweetness of the coconut milk base.

If you aren't sure– start with less and add more until you're satisfied with that cup of coffee you're holding.

Why BochaSweet?

Our sugar substitute of choice is BochaSweet and there's good reason for this!

BochaSweet is extracted from the Kabocha pumpkin which has been a staple in the Japanese diet for centuries. Consuming BochaSweet on a daily basis helps to support longevity and supports healthy blood sugar levels.

Even better? It tastes almost exactly like real sugar. There's no thin flavor or metallic aftertaste. I think most of us are looking for something that tastes amazing because only a full, satisfying taste is going to work over the long-term.

So, if we are going to go to all the work to make these keto parfaits so we can please our tastebuds AND stick to our keto diet. Well, we want the result to taste GOOD not... just 'meh' and unsatisfying. For this reason plus the health benefits, we reach for BochaSweet every time.

  • Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • BochaSweet (Seriously, you need this!)
  • Liquid Stevia Drops (Use 10-20 as an alternative to BochaSweet)
  • Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Wide Mouth Mason Jar Lids (for easy storage!)

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1-3 Tablespoons BochaSweet

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix until BochaSweet is completely dissolved. (2-3 minutes)
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Shake before each use.
  • Shelf life is about three weeks!
