Chocolate Chip Snack Bars
- Gather all ingredients for next step as you’ll need to work quickly.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey over medium heat until boiling (be sure to constantly stir while the mixture is heating). Remove from heat and quickly add your sunflower seed butter and vanilla protein. Stir until mixture is well combined, then pour over your parchment paper. Spread mixture out on top of your chocolate layer and sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips on top. Fold over the parchment paper and press the nuts & chocolate chips into the bar mixture.
- Place in freezer for approximately 2 hours or until hardened. Remove and cut into 10 bars using a heavy duty knife such as a chef or butcher knife. Repackage in parchment paper or sealed container and store in freezer for up to a week.
